This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for products and services purchased from BuiltToSucceed Learning Hub LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
2. Certification Courses — 7-Day Quality Confirmation Period
We stand behind the quality of our certification programs. Because our courses are digital products that cannot be returned once accessed, we offer a 7-day quality confirmation period so you can evaluate the platform, the course format, and the learning experience before fully committing.
You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund if the course does not meet your expectations, provided you have completed no more than 10% of the course content.
2.1 Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a refund under the 7-day quality confirmation period, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase
- You must have completed no more than 10% of the total course content (lessons, modules, or assessments)
- The request must be submitted in writing via email
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds for certification courses will not be issued if:
- More than 7 calendar days have passed since the date of purchase
- You have completed more than 10% of the course content
- Both conditions above apply
Course completion progress is tracked automatically by our platform and serves as the definitive record for refund eligibility purposes.
2.3 Purpose of the Confirmation Period
This 7-day window is designed as a quality confirmation trial — an opportunity for you to verify that the course content, delivery format, and platform experience match what was presented in our course descriptions and advertising materials. It is not intended as a mechanism to consume course content and then request a refund.
3. Coach Growth Accelerator (Done-For-You Services)
3.1 Service Agreement & Implementation Plan
All Coach Growth Accelerator engagements begin with a consultation, after which a detailed implementation plan is prepared. This plan outlines the specific deliverables, milestones, timelines, and scope of work. Before any work begins, both parties sign a service contract that formalizes the agreed-upon terms.
3.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds for Done-For-You services are available only in the following circumstance:
If BuiltToSucceed Learning Hub LLC fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the signed implementation plan within the established timelines, the client is entitled to a refund.
To be eligible for a refund under this provision:
- There must be a signed service contract and implementation plan in place between both parties
- The failure to deliver must be attributable to BuiltToSucceed Learning Hub LLC, not to delays caused by the client (such as failure to provide required materials, access, feedback, or approvals)
- The client must notify us in writing of the alleged non-delivery, referencing the specific milestones or deliverables that were not met
- BuiltToSucceed Learning Hub LLC will have a reasonable cure period of 14 business days from the date of written notice to fulfill the outstanding deliverables before a refund is processed
3.3 Refund Amount
If a refund is approved under the conditions described above:
- The refund amount will be proportional to the services that were not delivered as agreed
- Any services, deliverables, or milestones that have already been completed and delivered to the client are non-refundable
- The specific refund amount will be calculated based on the breakdown of deliverables and associated costs outlined in the signed service contract
3.4 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind or decision not to proceed after work has commenced
- Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide timely access, materials, feedback, or approvals
- Dissatisfaction with results that are inherently subjective (e.g., aesthetic preferences) when the deliverables meet the specifications outlined in the implementation plan
- Business circumstances or external factors unrelated to our performance of the agreed services
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the terms described in Section 3, please submit your request in writing to:

- The date of purchase or contract signing
- A reference to the specific deliverables or milestones that were not met

We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days of approval.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may result in the suspension of your account and access to any services or course materials.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
