1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website builttosucceed.com (the “Site”) and any services offered by BuiltToSucceed Learning Hub LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2. Our Services

BuiltToSucceed Learning Hub LLC offers two categories of services:

2.1 Certified Health & Wellness Courses

We provide online certification programs in health, wellness, and coaching disciplines. Courses are delivered through our proprietary learning platform and include video lessons, downloadable resources, assessments, and a certificate of completion.

2.2 Coach Growth Accelerator (Done-For-You Services)

We offer done-for-you marketing, website development, and business infrastructure services designed specifically for health and wellness coaches. These services are provided on a project basis following an initial consultation.

3. Account & Enrollment

To enroll in a course or apply for our coaching services, you must submit accurate and complete information through our application form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or enroll in any of our services.

4. Course Access & Lifetime Access Policy

Upon successful payment and enrollment, you will receive lifetime access to the course materials for the specific program you purchased. Lifetime access means there is no time limit to complete the course, and you may revisit the materials at any time as long as our platform remains operational.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time. In the event that a course is permanently discontinued, enrolled students will be given reasonable notice and continued access for a minimum of 12 months from the date of the discontinuation announcement.

5. Certifications & Accreditation

Upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a certificate of completion issued by BuiltToSucceed Learning Hub LLC. Depending on the specific program:

• Some certifications are issued directly by BuiltToSucceed Learning Hub LLC as internal professional certifications
• Some certifications are accredited by or issued in partnership with recognized external accrediting bodies

The accreditation status of each program is clearly stated on its respective course page prior to enrollment. It is your responsibility to verify whether a specific certification meets the requirements of your profession, employer, or jurisdiction.

Our certifications are designed for professional development and continuing education. They do not replace or substitute for state-issued licenses, medical degrees, or other legally mandated credentials required to practice in regulated fields.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices for courses and services are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are displayed on the relevant product or service page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

Payment is processed securely through our authorized payment processor. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our courses — including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio, assessments, downloadable materials, logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of BuiltToSucceed Learning Hub LLC or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the course materials for your own educational and professional development purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course content
• Share your account access or course materials with others
• Use course content to create derivative works or competing products
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any materials
• Record, screenshot, or capture video or audio from the platform for redistribution

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in termination of your account and legal action.

8. Done-For-You Service Terms

Coach Growth Accelerator services are provided on a project basis. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided after your initial consultation.

You agree to provide timely access to any materials, accounts, or information necessary for us to complete the agreed-upon work. Delays caused by your failure to provide required access or feedback may extend project timelines.

Ownership of custom deliverables (such as websites and marketing materials built for you) will transfer to you upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

9. Prohibited Conduct

When using our Site and services, you agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our platform, systems, or other users’ accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Site
• Impersonate BuiltToSucceed Learning Hub LLC or its representatives

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our courses will lead to specific professional outcomes, employment, income, or licensure. Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and external factors beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuiltToSucceed Learning Hub LLC, its owner, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BuiltToSucceed Learning Hub LLC and its owner, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site and services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to access course materials and use our services will cease immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
